Ted Rice is the historian and archivist of the town of White Creek, New York. He also serves as an Elder at the Hoosick Falls Community Alliance Church.
Slade Rice Watkins is Ted's grandson. He has years of web development experience and currently serves as a volunteer at a local nonprofit.
